Navigation: Dashboard, Overview

Goal: To better your understanding on how to navigate Ameego Manager and Ameego Anyware

  • Ameego Online Software: If you have access to the internet you have access to Ameego! You can log in from any desktop or mobile device. Basically, you could be on a beach in Mexico and check in to see how your restaurant is doing, write a schedule, or adjust sales forecasts.
  • Login credentials: Your Ameego login credentials will consist of a Username (usually your first name plus your last name initial), Password (usually ameego for a first time login) and your location Client ID (everyone at your location will have the same Ameego Client ID). Your Ameego Client Success representative will have provided you with these credentials. If you have not received them yet, please reach out to them or email us at support@myameego.com.

  • Login: To log in to Ameego simply open a web browser (Ameego works best with Google Chrome) and go to login.myameego.com or use the login button on our website www.myameego.com.

Ameego Manager

When you first log in you will be taken to the Ameego Manager Dashboard. There are four main tabs on the top and each one will take you to a different section of Ameego Manager: Dashboard, People, Scheduling, and Intel. Each of these tabs will display related sub sections that we will explain in this setup guide. At any point click the Ameego logo in the top left corner of the screen to get back to the Ameego Manager Dashboard.

Dashboard, Metrics, Daily Overview: The default Metrics tab of the dashboard is designed to get your managers in and out in 60 seconds. In that minute they’ll be able to see things like their projected sales and labour for the day, the week to date sales and labour, the weather forecast for the next three days and who’s is projected to be in overtime by the end of the week. Be sure to review this screen and familiarize yourself with it as the information here will keep your team in the know about your restaurant's daily operations.

An Ameego best practice is to have your managers log in to their Ameego dashboard daily before their shift. The information there will help them make better business decisions for the restaurant and increase consistency.

The dashboard has several sub sections (tabs) available. Here is a quick overview of the sub tabs:

  1. Schedule: This tab will show you todays schedule of all published shifts. You can also navigate to any other date by clicking on the date picker.
  2. Team Requests: This is were you will find your team members requests for book offs, availability and shift swaps. You can view the details of each request and approve or deny them.
  3. Calendar: This tab will give you a calendar view of your team members book off requests, birthdays, work anniversaries and any events that you have added in Ameego.
  4. Timesheets: Once you start publishing schedules, you can choose to print a timesheet. This is a summary of all of your published shifts for the day with sign in/out sections if you wish to utilize them.
