How do I change my Ameego password?

If you know your existing password you can easily change your Ameego Password within the platform:

  • On a Web Browser: If you can log in to your Ameego profile, click your login name at the top right of the screen and choose 'My Profile' from the menu. Click the 'Reset Password' button and follow the prompts. You will need to enter your existing password first.



     
  • On the Ameego App: Open the app and click on the Settings Icon in the top right to access password settings. You will not be required to put in your old password if you are already signed in for a forced password reset.

Password Requirements

To protect your account, Ameego passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 8 characters.
  • At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
  • At least one number.

Forgotten Password?

If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Your Password?' link on our login page. You must know your Client ID and have a valid email address saved in your Ameego profile to use this feature. 

Client IDs identify your location and are the same for all the employees.

Manager Resets

A manager can also reset your password via Ameego Manager.

While a manager may provide a temporary password, you will be required to change it to a unique, secure password following the requirements above the next time you log in.
