With the ability to set benchmarks for number of servers per guest, or number of cooks needed to be scheduled per meal, we identified a gap with delivery drivers. These roles need to be scheduled based on the number of deliveries.
To cover this gap, we have now implemented a check metric so you can look at how many deliveries you had at each time period and schedule accordingly.
The checks metric is similar to all other metrics in our system and can be enabled by changing the sales metric of choice for any department in the 'Staffing Guides' page (found under 'Scheduling').
